Do you store my accounting login details?
No. We connect to FreeAgent, Sage, QuickBooks and Xero via their official OAuth sign-in, so we only ever receive a secure access token — never your username or password. Those tokens are encrypted (AES-256) before they're stored.
Is my data safe?
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, with accounting-platform tokens getting an extra layer of encryption at the application level. We host on Google Cloud / Firebase in the EU region and never sell your data — see our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Can I turn off automatic sending?
Yes, at any time. Pause auto-chasing for your whole account in one click (handy over holidays), or switch individual invoices between automatic and manual chasing — nothing sends without your say-so.
